Jay has been an Event Coordinator with Lutsen Resort for the past two years and is going into his third wedding season (2016). He has prior experience with another local resort, working in a similar capacity.
KathyAnn has been with Lutsen Resort since May 2014 and transitioned into Group Sales in February 2016. She was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica and studied Hospitality Management at Excelsior Community College.
Tracy has been with Lutsen Resort as Director of Group Sales since May 2014. Tracy brings 12+ years of group sales, event coordination and resort management experience.
Adam is originally from the Driftless Area of Spring Green, Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Since then, a tour of the West Coast working in Outdoor Education, Wilderness Therapy, and guiding trips by land and water have forged many wonderful experiences.
Bailey hails from Appleton, Wisconsin and grew up outdoors camping, hiking, swimming, and kayaking, and values what she has learned from making the outdoors her playground. She is excited to be at Lutsen Resort for her first year as Assistant Director of Activities and Recreation!

Jeffrey had not considered culinary as a career path until he met his girlfriend, who enjoyed gardening and growing her own food. “Food like Hamburger Helper was a staple for me, but when I met Honor, she wanted nothing to do with processed food.
Executive Chef Rob Wells started out as a cadet at West Point, but during a trip with his parents to Hyde Park and a tour of the Culinary Institute of America, the light went on – he was going to cook. When he finished out that year at West Point, he came home, started working at a barbecue pit restaurant and never looked back.
