The Sea Villa townhomes are built just feet from Lake Superior’s shore.  The sights and sounds of the lake surround visitors, lulling you to sleep at night and captivating you during the day.  Enjoy spacious grounds along 1/2 mile of shoreline, peaceful walking trails and beach campfires.

The Villas are one and two story units with either one or two bedrooms; most units also have a sleeping loft.  Most units accommodate six to eight guests. All units have breathtaking views, private lakeside decks, fully furnished kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, TV, DVD players,VCR players and wireless internet.

Located three miles from the Main Lodge, the Sea Villas have their own Guest Services building with registration, a large indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna.  There is a lakeside playground area.  Guests have full use of Lutsen Resort activities.
