*Two night minimum on all kitchen units. Other units have a two night minimum on weekends only. The rates listed are for up to the number of persons listed first in the parenthesis, the 2nd number is how many the unit will accommodate. Some units will hold more than listed and some less.

Weekend rates: Apply to reservations which include Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday AND Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and Martin Luther Weekend. Midweek rates: Apply to reservations for Sunday through Thursday nights, except Holidays or reservations that include Thur/Fri or Sat/Sun combinations.

Weekend rates apply as well as three night minimums for: MEA (10/14 – 17/09). Winter Holiday rates apply, as well as 3 night minimums, for: Christmas – New Year’s (12/26-1/2/10) and President’s Weekend (2/12, 13, 14/10) Senior Citizen (62 yr +) Discount of 10% is valid all dates except 6/1-10/18, Holiday Dates and Winter Weekend dates. No other discounts or packages apply.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: One night deposit is required to confirm your reservations. This deposit will be applied to the 1st night of your reservation, and will be applied to an early check-out. Deposits will only be refunded if a cancellation is made more than 7 days before the arrival date. Weekly reservations must be totally prepaid 14 days prior to arrival date , and must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. A bookkeeping fee of $30 will be retained on all refunds. On a later cancellation, or early check-out, the deposit is nonrefundable.

Holiday Periods: Christmas-New Year's (12/26-1/2) required a full prepayment by 11/15 and cancellations must be made by 11/15 for a refund, less the $30 bookkeeping fee. President's Day Weekend requires one night deposit when making the reservation and the balance of full prepayment (including tax) 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations must be made 14 days or more prior to your arrival for a refund, less the $30 bookkeeping fee. Holiday periods have a three4 night minimum.

General Information: Most weekends and holidays have a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights. Sales, tax, service fees and gratuities are not included in the rates. Pet dogs are welcome in some of the Sea Villas (you must ask for a "Pet Unit") for a $20 per night, up to $60, fee, which will be added to your room rate upon arrival. All other accommodations do not allow pets. All of our accommodations are smoke-free. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am.
