Sea Villas
The Sea Villa townhomes are as close to Lake Superior as you can get without getting wet! The property includes 1/2 mile of shoreline with spacious grounds, peaceful walking trails and fire rings at the shore for beach campfires. Located 2½ miles from the Lutsen Main Lodge, the Sea Villas have their own Guest Service building with registration and a large indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and kid's play feature. A lakeside picnic & playground area are by the lake. Eleven miles of bike trail is accesible here.
These classic townhomes are an extremely good value for couples and
families. Choose from one-story units (1 bedroom and loft) or
two-story units (generally 2 bedrooms & loft). Most lofts have
a ladder access which children love. The units vary in size
and configuration and accommodate 2 to 8 guests. All units
have breathtaking views, private lakeside decks, fully furnished
kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, TV/DVD/VCR players and wireless
units.
Guests have full access to the many complimentary Lutsen Resort
activities. Beginning in
2010, guests can access the new section of the Gitchi Gammi bike
trail at the Guest Service Building.
Don't want to leave your pet at home? Dogs are welcome in
many Sea Villas.
