Lutsen Resort Chef Rob Wells showcases the regional cuisine from his New Mexico roots. Rob lived in New Mexico with his family and worked in Santa Fe’s landmark restaurants including the Coyote Café, Las Casa Sena and Inn of the Anasazi.
