Tapas Evening & Wine Tasting

The Lutsen Resort kitchen collaborates with the visiting chefs to create a variety of mouth watering tapas. You’ll visit with chefs as you move from one exciting tapas offering to the next. Try a variety of wines and visit with Wine Director Robert McPherson about his special selection of wines for the evening. ($55)

Saturday, May 15 – 6 p.m.
Lutsen Resort’s Chef Rob creates a fabulous meal with chefs from La Belle Vie, the Guthrie’s Sea Change and the Barrio Tequila Bar. Wine Guide Robert McPherson will explain the “science” behind his wine pairings. ($75)

Breakfast Buffet
Sunday, May 16 – 7:30 to 11:00 a.m.
Spend a lazy morning in the lakeside dining room and enjoy the breakfast buffet or order off the menu.

Cooking Class
Sunday, May 16 – 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
Chef Judi Barsness, Executive Chef of Chez Jude Restaurant & Wine Cafe brings her skills to a three course tasting demonstration served with wines. Enjoy great food and expert tips. Recipes shared with participants. ($50)
