A jumbo heart-shaped ravioli filled with crab, artichoke
hearts, bacon and a soft egg yolk.
Topped with béarnaise sauce and presented with a whole
poached lobster tail.
Herb marinated double veal chop, grilled and served with
blackberry au poivre sauces,
garlic rosemary maitre d' butter, roasted heirloom potatoes
and grilled asparagus.
