Topped with béarnaise sauce and presented with a whole poached lobster tail.

Veal Chop Au Poivre
Herb marinated double veal chop, grilled and served with blackberry au poivre sauces,
garlic rosemary maitre d' butter, roasted heirloom potatoes and grilled asparagus.
