Lutsen Resort's Father's Day Adventure
Everyone wishes they could spend more time with their dad.
This Father's Day, join us for a father/son or father/daughter
adventure weekend.

- Price: The package starts at $299 per
person (based on double occupancy) and includes two nights
lodging, breakfast each morning, two hearty trail lunches, and a
dinner in our famous dining room. All guide services,
transportation during the weekend, and equipment are
incorporated.

Weekend Activity Descriptions
Everyone wishes they could spend more time with their dad. This
Father's Day join us for a father/son or father/daughter adventure
weekend. Spend the weekend exploring the North Shore together
climbing, kayaking, and hiking. This is the perfect Father's Day
gift.
Program Activities
ROCK CLIMBING: Professional climbing guides will provide
thourough instruction on safety and climing techniques. We will
tailor this experience to your skill level, everyone is welcome.
SEA KAYAKING: Join us for an all day tour on Lake Superior at
Tettegouche State Park where we’ll paddle through sea caves and
arches and along side of towering palisades. If weather or lake
conditions are unfavorable for Tettegouche we’ll spend the day
paddling in a more protected location.
NIGHT HIKE: Spend the evening working off all the great food you
and your dad ate in the Dinning Room. We’ll hike up Oberg Mountain
in the dark without flashlights.
Required Sea Kayaking Equipment
No specific kayaking gear is required. We will provide
wetsuits, paddles, PFDs, kayaks, paddling jackets and rescue
equipment. Please feel free to bring your own gear. You must
provide a swimsuit, shoes that can get wet, extra clothing, a
towel, long-sleeve synthetic top, sunscreen, two one-quart water
bottles, sunglasses and any other items that you’d want to have
for outdoor trips.
Required Rock Climbing Equipment
No specific rock climbing gear is required, but feel free to
bring your own gear. We will provide ropes, anchor systems,
helmets, and harnesses. You must bring comfortable clothing,
sunscreen, sturdy boots, two one-quart water bottles and any other
items that you’d want to have for a full day outdoors. We
recommend renting rock climbing shoes from an outfitter. Call for
suggestions.
